A little heat, a little sweet; best describes the Canadian twist to the classic Dijon Mustard. This marinade works beautifully with the tender, all white meat, Turkey Breast Butterfly. Great for slicing for larger parties or just to toss into a salad. When cooked just right, expect a juicy, sweet and spicy finish. Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
