Boneless and flattened Leg of Lamb marinated in a blend of rosemary, mint, spices, wine and olive oil creating fantastic flavours. These slabs are wide, long, thick, easy to carve and serves 4 to 5 people. BBQ or Oven Broil: Cook on a High Heat (500°F) or higher, on each side, then reduce Heat to 350°F, to cook. For Pan Sear and Oven Baked Finish: Pan Sear on High Heat with oil/butter, then Bake at 350°F. Medium rare: Cook until internal temp is 145°F for 15 seconds. Medium: Cook until internal temp is 160°F for 15 seconds. Well done: Cook until internal temp is 170°F for 15 seconds.
