Fresh Pacific Halibut Fillet (Per Lb)

Pacific halibut is the largest flatfish in the world. Our MSC certified sustainable fresh halibut fillets are cut from smaller 5 to 10 kg whole fish to create the preferred cooking thickness for pan searing, baking, or grilling. Renowned for its mild, flaking white meat and firm texture, fresh Pacific Halibut is available from mid-March to the end of October. Refreshed Pacific halibut and Fresh Atlantic halibut fillets are available in the winter season as substitutes.
