Produced in the Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces of Italy by Acetaia Dodi. Made from the Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni grape musts. A dark, bright brown, well balanced tasting liquid with an intense acidic, woody smell. Comes in a 250 ml bottle. It's a perfect companion for raw or finished foods, such as condiments, stews, fish, meat, fruit, or ice cream. Famiglia Dodi is not recommended for use during cooking.
