Turkey Scallopini or Turkey Cutlets, as they are often referred as, are thinly slices of Turkey Breast Boneless. Ideal for breading or lightly dusted with flour to create the classic Turkey Breast "Panino" or Lemon and Turkey. Because the Turkey Scaloppini are thinly sliced, they are a quick solution to a last minute solution. BBQ, oven broil, or pan sear on high heat. Using a meat thermometer, cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
