Pei Mussels (Per Lb)

Prince Edward Island (PEI) rope grown blue mussels are some of the cleanest, most consistently sized mussels available anywhere. PEI mussels are extremely easy to cook. Simply place a little water, butter, a splash of white wine & chopped shallots with a couple of lbs of PEI mussels in a pot and cook / steam on high for a few minutes until all of the mussels open up. Serve with a crusty baguette. A gourmet classic!
