Cosimo's original Burger recipe. Loved by so many over the years, we had to offer them in frozen boxes of 8. This blend of ground chuck and ground primals and just the right amount of herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs create the Famous Pusateri Burger. Great for cottage, picnic, or everyday backyard BBQ'ing. For BBQ: Sear on high heat (500°F or Higher), then reduce Heat to (350°F) Use a Meat Thermometer to ensure: Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
