Apple Rings with Peanut Butter and Chocolate


The perfect 4 pm fix to keep you running until dinner or to satisfy the never ending hunger of your little ones. Another tip: divide individual smoothie ingredients in ziplock bags in your fridge to you'll ready to grab the right amount each time.


 2 Red Gala Apple
100 ml Peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
30 grams  Dark chocolate shavings and dried cherries (optional: add nuts, blueberries)



1. Core and slice apples into 1 cm rings.

2. Spread nut butter over each ring.

3. Garnish with dried cherries and chocolate shavings (or toppings of choice).
