Chorizo Stuffing


Serves 4-6

Moistened with our Turkey Gravy, and littered with salty chorizo cubes and sweet caramelized onion, this stuffing is baked to crisp perfection.



8-10 cups (400 g) 
Calabrese or Ciabatta bread, cut into 
½ inch cubes
150 g
Pusateri’s Mild Chorizo Sausage, casing removed and diced
6 tbsp 
fresh parsley, chopped
4 tbsp
Perfect Taste Caramelized Onion
2 tbsp
chives, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
1 L 
Pusateri’s Turkey Gravy
4 large


Chorizo Stuffing

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cubed bread, sausage, parsley, caramelized onion and chives.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk gravy and eggs together.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and incorporate fully. Let mixture rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes until stuffing is crispy on top.
  6. Remove from oven and serve garnished with additional fresh chives.
