Summer Cocktails



Kick back with a glass of summer flavour (and colour!). Citrusy, floral, smoky and spicy, these cocktails will cool you off and heat up the conversation.



Pink Gin + Tonic

Candied rose petals bring out juniper gin’s floral notes in this simple, stunning shake-up of a classic cocktail.




2 oz
Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
1 oz
Juniper gin
Lemon peel (garnish)
1 tsp
Pétales épicerie de Provence roses
cristallisées (candied rose petals)



Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour gin overtop. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lemon peel and rose petals.



Use leftover candied rose petals to top cakes or cupcakes, or scatter over a platter of fresh figs or cherries.


Tangerine Aperol Spritz 

A bright, citrusy summer sipper to boost your appetite and your mood.





La Croix Tangerine Sparkling Water
2 oz
Sparkling wine
1 ¼ oz
Blood orange wheel



Pour aperol and sparkling wine into a cocktail glass over ice. Top with splash of tangerine sparkling water. Garnish with blood orange wheel



Enjoyed since the 20’s, the Aperol Spritz hit its stride in North America in the 50’s thanks to an American ad campaign. But it wasn’t until the 21st century that the Aperol Spritz became a worldwide phenomenon, thanks to actress Amanda Rosa Da Silva and a slogan: Happy Spritz, Happer Aperol. Cin Cin (cheers) to a classic!



Fentimans Smoky Mezcal Rose Lemonade 

Spicy, smoky and sophisticated, this hard lemonade is the perfect summer barbeque companion.




2 oz
Fentimans Rose Lemonade
2 oz
Angostura bitters
1 oz
Lemon juice
½ oz
Simple syrup
Thin slices of jalapeño



  1. Muddle the jalapeños in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add mezcal, lemon juice, symple syrup, bitters and fill shaker with ice. Shake and double-strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with rose lemonade and garnish with a jalepeño ring.



Mezcal - like tequila - is a Mexican distilled spirit made from the maguey (agave) plant.

Mezcal is produced using an artisanal method of cooking underground in pits lined with (often volcanic) rock. For that reason, mezcal tastes - and smells - distinctly smoky.
