After completing his degree in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo, David Chow discovered his true calling lay in the world of baking and creating sweet treats.
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, David started his career as a pastry chef at the Drake Hotel where he paired the technical training from his engineering degree with the attention to detail dessert recipes require. His next steps involved moving to the Bahamas to help start the luxurious Albany resort before starting his line of chocolates and confections.
