Eat at home more often

When you eat at home, you get to spend more quality time with friends and family, or that much-needed down-time alone to recover from a busy day.

Cooking at home means you're eating cleaner.  Spending this extra time in the kitchen is also the perfect way to improve your culinary skills. You'd be surprised at how much of a natural you can be and what wonderful dishes you can whip up without too much fuss - trust us.

Don't know where to start? Our YouTube channel has a few starter recipes to build a meal your guests will love like our Lentil Soup with Italian Sausage and Swiss Chard by our head chef Tony Cammalleri, a hearty dish for a cold winter's night.

We make it easy for you to eat at home. Our Avenue Road location and Food Hall at CF Toronto Eaton Centre have a vegetable butcher on hand to cut and peel your fruits and vegetables so you can spend less time on food prep, it is a completely free service for you, our guest.

But if the task of making a full meal at home sounds daunting, stop by our pre-pack sections for freshly made meals or our macelleria (butcher) for pre-marinated meats to take the guesswork out of delicious at-home meals.
