|140 g||Brie, cut into small pieces|
|3||Figs, cut into 8 pieces each|
|As needed||Honey, for drizzling|
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut puff pastry into 5 cm (2”) rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each circle with egg.
- Place cheese in the center of each pastry circle, and fig pieces at one side directly onto parchment paper .
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden.
- Remove from oven and assemble; press a piece of fig down onto the cheese center of each puff. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
