Get Grilling: The Cocktailer

A hosting pro that prefers to throw large gatherings of friends and family, the Cocktailer’s preferred meats and sides are cocktail-sized. Never one to shy away from trying something new, the Cocktailer puts as much emphasis on their BBQing as the sides and drinks they serve.

Using a meat thermometer, grill the skewers until an internal temperature reads:

Medium rare: Cook until internal temperature is 145°F for 15 seconds.
Medium: Cook until internal temperature is 160°F for 15 seconds. 
Well done: Cook until internal temperature is 170°F for 15 seconds.
