Get Grilling: The Slab Master

This griller prefers to go big or go home. The ultimate carnivore, the Slab Master, enjoys large, thick, tower-like steaks and is not one to shy away from show-stopping cuts of meat. The thought of cooking a steak larger than 1 ½ inches doesn't scare them and are more than capable of grilling it to perfection.

Grilling times may vary, but as a guideline a steak this size usually cooks for 20mins per side.

Using an internal meat thermometer measure:

Medium rare: Cook until internal temperature is 145°F for 15 seconds. 
Medium: Cook until internal temperature is 160°F for 15 seconds. 
Well done: Cook until internal temperature is 170°F for 15 seconds.
