Get Grilling: The Virtuoso Burgerist


To say this griller loves a good burger is an understatement and they consider the act of constructing a burger an art form. From grilling the perfect patty to choosing the best-paired bun and toppings, the Virtuoso Burgerist enjoys all there is to these backyard delights.

To grill first sear on high heat (500°F or higher), then reduce heat to (350°F) Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
