|1 bag (400 g)||French Green Beans|
|To taste||Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt|
|2 tbsp||Brickstone Caramelized Onion Confit|
Chuck Hughes’ My Vegetable Farmer’s Hot Pepper Spread
|2 tsp||Kinsip Whisky Barrel Aged Maple Syrup|
|1 tsp||lemon juice|
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the green beans.
2. Cook beans for 3-4 minutes or until they’ve reached your desired tenderness. Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl.
3. Drain beans and place in the bowl with the dressing. Toss to coat.
