Tropical Gold Smoothie

This smoothie does double duty as a brain- and body-booster, thanks to MCT oil, coconut milk, and collagen.

Serves: 2

Ingredients 

1 ripe banana
1 cup  Black River Bartlett Pear Nectar
½ cup  Nudefruit Frozen Mango
½ cup
Califia Coconut Milk
1 scoop 
Sproos Grass-Fed Collagen
1 tbsp 
Nutiva MCT Oil    
1 tsp Turmeric
1 scoop  ice

 

Method

1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

2. Garnish and enjoy!

 

Tips

Garnish with your choice of chia seeds, fresh mango, fresh goldenberries or figs.

Toss in a few fresh mint leaves and kick this already kicked-up smoothie up another notch or two.
