|1||Whole roasted turkey|
|2 cups||Chicken stock|
- Remove turkey and vegetables from roasting pan.
- Skim fat off remaining liquid in roasting pan.
- Place pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir with wooden spoon, scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Add stock and stir constantly for 5 minutes
- Pour gravy through a sieve and serve in a gravy boat
