Burger Build

 INGREDIENTS

4 PUSATERI’S BEEF BURGERS
1 PKG MARTIN’S POTATO BUNS
1 JAR EAT THESE PICKLES JALAPENO PICKLES
1 JAR STONEWALL KITCHEN HORSERADISH AIOLI
1 HEIRLOOM TOMATO
1 BAG NEAL BROTHERS MAPLE BACON FOREVER KETTLE CHIPS
1LB FETA PASTA SALAD 


METHOD (serves 4)

1. Pre-heat BBQ to 400°F – 450°F (med-high heat).
2. Slice the pickles, tomato and prepare other desired toppings.
3. Plate the toppings, chips and pasta salad family-style.
4. Grill the burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
5. Toast the buns quickly on the grill.
6. Plate the buns & patties.
7. Dinner is served.

 

TIPS

For a soft, warm bun, wrap them in foil and heat them on the top rack of the BBQ.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

4 Pusateri's Skinny beef burger, Beyond Meat Burger

1 pkg Aiden's gluten free white buns

1 jar Bick's dill pickles, Moishes Kosher dill pickles

1 jar Stonewall Kitchen roasted garlic aioli

1 bag Veggie Straws

1 lb Pusateri’s creamy coleslaw 

*Optional lettuce, cheese, ketchup
