Tamari Eggs with Zucchini Noodles

INGREDIENTS

 

TAMARI EGGS

12 LARGE EGGS,
SOFT-BOILED FOR
6 MINUTES

500 mL SAN-J TAMARI

500 mL WATER

 

TAMARI EGGS WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLES

2 TAMARI EGGS

1 PKG HARVEST FRESH ZUCCHINI NOODLES

2 TBSP WILDBRINE JAPANESE KIMCHI

2 TBSP TAMARI
1 TSP HUY FONG SRIRACHA 

 

 

 

METHOD (serves 2)

PART 1

1. Peel soft boiled eggs.

2. Bring Tamari and water to a boil. Turn off heat.

3. Gently add peeled eggs & steep for 5 minutes.

4. Garnish with coffee beans, if desired.

 

PART 2 

 1. Lightly blanch zucchini noodles in boiling water for one minute. 

2. Toss drained noodles with kimchi and tamari.

 3. Top with sliced tamari egg & sriracha.
