Steakhouse Dinner-for-4

INGREDIENTS

 

(All ingredients are
Pusateri’s Housemade)

 

4 NY STRIPLOINS

1 PKG STEAK SPICE

1 PKG DEMI-GLACE

1 PKG DICED PANCETTA

1 PKG GARLIC MASHED POTATOES (LARGE)

1 PKG CAESAR SALAD (LARGE)

1 PKG BRUSSELS SPROUTS

 

 

METHOD (serves 4)

 

1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F & turn on BBQ.*

 

2. Heat up mashed potatoes in the oven.


3. 
Season your steaks with desired amount of steak spice.


4. 
In a large fry pan, on med-high heat, add pancetta (1/4 cup) & 1/4 cup of water.

 

5. Cook the pancetta until all of the water evaporates. Once this happens, turn the heat down to low and continue to cook the pancetta until becomes crispy. Stir often.

 

6. While the pancetta is cooking, BBQ your steaks to the desired doneness. When your steaks are cooked, let them rest. Steak should rest for just as long as you cook them.


7. 
Add Brussels sprouts to pan that your crispy pancetta is in, and sauté the sprouts until they are heated through and slightly caramelized.

 

8. In a small pot on med-low heat, heat up your demi-glace to serve with your steak

*If you don't have a BBQ your steak can be cooked on your stovetop. Cook on one side for 4 mins, place in oven (Cooked-side up) for 5 mins. Let rest. 

Substitutions

 

If you don't have the exact items, you can substitute with:

 

4 filet / ribeye / sirloin steaks

 

1 pkg Barbarian's steak spice / Diamond Crystal kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper

 

1 pkg Lillie-Qs Gold bbq sauce /
Wildy Delicious Chimichurri

 

1 pkg steamed broccoli / green beans

 

1 pkg Pusateri's strip bacon / 
chorizo sausage /
diced Granny smith apples

 

1 pkg truffle cheddar
mashed potatoes

 

1 pkg arugula & spinach salad
