Chefs Recommendation

Sear on high heat (500°F) then reduce heat to 350°F. Using a meat thermometer cook until at internal temperature reads of 160 F for 15 seconds. Serve with Woodland Mushrooms and Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake with ice cream.
