Chef's recommendation

Add Turkey/Chicken Stock, white wine, salt, pepper, garlic, and root vegetables in a roasting pan. Pre heat oven to (375°F). Oven Roast at (375°F) to start, then reduce temperature to (350°F) to cook. Using a meat thermometer, ensure to cook until an internal temperature of 82°C (180°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
