What is The Food Show
Every product on our shelves has a story before it ever reaches you — a buyer who tasted dozens of olive oils before choosing one, who tracked down a family recipe worth importing, who believed a small-batch cookie deserved a bigger audience. Most days, that story stays behind the scenes.
Four times a year, we open it up. The Food Show turns the store into a one-day tasting table, built entirely around what our buyers are most excited about that season — new arrivals, old favourites, and the finds they can't stop talking about. Walk the aisles the way they do: curious, a little hungry, chasing the next great thing. Sample before you buy, meet the people behind the picks, and save 10% on everything featured, for the week before and after each show.
It's free to attend, open to everyone, and always worth the trip.

We've spent more than 60 years chasing the best of what's out there — imported, artisanal, local, sometimes discovered by accident and never let go of since. The Food Show is where that chase becomes something you can taste for yourself. A few times a year, we turn the store into a one-day tasting experience built entirely around what our buyers are most excited about right now.
It's not a sale. It's an invitation into the same discovery our buyers get to have first — the surprise of a new favourite, the comfort of an old one, and the small thrill of finding something before everyone else does. The Food Show is a seasonal in-store tasting event hosted by Pusateri's Fine Foods, where customers can sample new and favourite products chosen by the store's buying team. It runs seasonally, up to four times a year at Pusateri's Avenue Road location in Toronto.
The Food Show is free to attend. No ticket or purchase is required to sample products or attend the event.
RSVP is not required to attend, but Registering in advance is recommended so Pusateri's can notify you of event details and any updates.

Participating products are offered at 10% off for one week before and one week after each Food Show event.

Featured products change each edition and typically include new pantry items, prepared foods, baked goods, and seasonal specialty products selected by Pusateri's buying team. Past editions have featured items such as olive oils, gelato, smoked salmon, drinks, and prepared foods.
