OVEJA AUX TRUFFES CHEESE
Oveja aux Truffes is a sheep's milk cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain. The milk used to produce this cheese is rich and earthy which confers a unique and pure paste. Aged for at least 4 months which adds a great texture to the flavourful cheese. The paste is combined with summer black truffles to give a subtle and pure truffle flavour.
