We make our bitters using grain-to-glass spirits from our craft distillery in Prince Edward County. Our bitters allow you to create interesting, complex, and nuanced cocktails with ease. Bitters can also be used in cooking and baking. And don’t forget non-alcoholic drinks! Add a drop or two of bitters to compliment the flavours in any drink. Our Lavender Lemon bitters are a lavender forward with a subtle citrus back note. Pair this with any light vodka or gin drink.
