Boscaiola (bosk-i-ola) in Italian means 'lumberjack' or 'from the woods' and as a name for this sauce refers to the most foraged food found in the Italian woods - porcini mushrooms. We simmer silky coconut cream with natural sun-dried vegetables and lots and lots of wonderfully aromatic porcini mushrooms to give our Boscaiola sauce a truly unique taste and deliciously creamy texture - without adding dairy, gluten, sugar or gums.
