CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on July 3, 2026 and ends on July 5, 2026 at store closing (the "Contest Period").
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pusateri's Fine Foods, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
- Visit Pusateri's during the Contest Period.
- Sample the featured sausages and cast a ballot corresponding to your favourite flavour.
- Scan the QR code printed on the ballot.
- Complete the online entry form.
- Consent to receive Pusateri's email and SMS marketing communications.
Limit one (1) Contest entry and three (3) votes per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Pusateri's Gift Card valued at CAD $150. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
WINNER SELECTION
One eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or about July 8, 2026. The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, declines the prize, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, Pusateri's reserves the right to select an alternate entrant.
CONSENT TO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting an entry, participants consent to receive email and SMS marketing communications from Pusateri's Fine Foods. Participants may unsubscribe from email communications or opt out of SMS communications at any time.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Contest will be used for contest administration and marketing communications in accordance with Pusateri's privacy practices and applicable privacy legislation.
GENERAL
By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Pusateri's Fine Foods, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Pusateri's reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
